Benches commissioned from
Norman Cox & partners have been installed in the orchard. Made of English oak and untreated they will weather well and change colour over time. Much more informal seating (huge logs) has been placed around the orchard, mainly underneath the large willow tree which is proving very popular for great den making. Three compost bins have also been installed alongside the allotment fence. And finally, the interpretation board designed by
Nature Signs in Devon has been installed next to the path. You can't miss it as it says "you are here".
