It's a big thumbs up

The long awaited results from the Parish Community Led Plan have been published.  Answers to the question "would you support the planting of a community orchard in the village" 86% of respondents (68% of households) said "yes".

This support certainly seems to reflect the enthusiasm and involvement of villagers in recent orchard events such as Apple Day and Wassail. It looks as though people really like the idea of having an orchard open to all right in the heart of the village.
