We have just heard that the Community Orchard project has been supported by the North Wessex Downs Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB) with a grant of £2,377. Brightwell cum Sotwell is located at the very north border of North Wessex and we are so pleased that they have recognised the importance of our orchard as an important landscape and habitat to protect and promote.
